CHICKEN WINGS ADOBO

Chicken Wings, marinated
1/4 cup Olive Oil
5 cloves garlic
4 tbsp cane vinegar
3 tbsp dark soy
2 cups water
Dash of black pepper
Dried basil

SAUTE THE GARLIC
FRY BROWN THE CHICKEN
ADD THE CANE VINEGAR AND LEAVE FOR 3 MINUTES TO ABSORB
ADD THE DARK SOY SAUCE
ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
SIMMER INTO MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL COOK

YOU CAN USE WHOLE CHICKEN CHOPPED OR CHICKEN BREAST FOR THIS RECIPE
THIS IS MY FAMILY’S FAVOURITE, I THINK YOU LOVE THIS DISH TOO. TRY TO COOK OUR ALL TIME FAVOURITE FILIPINO ADOBO. YOU NEED TO COOK RICE WITH THIS OR YOU CAN MASHED A POTATO OR SMASHED POTATO. SERVE IT WITH GREEK SALAD AND ANY VEGGIES FOR A SIDE DISH. GREAT FOR LUNCH AND DINNER.
