Hey guys so we filmed another different video today!! It is a video of us cooking chicken adobo.

Chicken adobo is one of the most favourite filipino dishes in the country and was something I had a lot when I was a kid.

Agree that off the bone is easier to eat. That said, the bones have flavor, along with the cartilage (which has nutritional value). The sauce complete changes for the better, especially once reduced. If you cook with it still on and scrape it off before serving, which is very easy as it will basically fall off the bone- the added flavor is worth it.

Yes it’s nice off the bone! I prefer it boneless as well just coz it’s great to just consume 😂 Chicken thighs have more fat so it’s juicier (compared to chicken breasts). 🤙 Bay leaf is used as an aromatic, but since you used it as a marinade, it should have a slight herb flavor to it…
