Adobong baboy(pork adobo), is maybe one of the most famous Filipino dish found on every Filipino table. It is a dish consisting of pork, tangy sauce of vinegar, garlic, soy sauce and black pepper. Vinegar is a common ingredient found in many Filipino dishes and it’s one of the main ingredients in any adobo. Aside from pork adobo, there are also other versions of adobo such as “adobong sitaw”, adobong kangkong” “adobong labong” etc. Some may regard Adobo to be the national dish of the Philippines because it is so popular.
