INGREDIENTS:
Salt, for marinade
1/2 kilo pork belly
1/2 kilo chicken pieces
Cooking oil
1 whole garlic, crushed
2 pieces onions, chopped
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
5 pieces laurel leaves
1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 cup water

uhmm for me lang po wala pong amoy yung balat ng garlic hate ko rin kasi na meron inedible extra sa food na nakahain sa table. best din if ever may garnish after na toasted garlic para mas maamoy garlic mas malasa pa tlaga none the less masarap tlaga yung luto.
